Cyber Academy
Founded and launched TD’s Cyber Academy—an enterprise-wide platform providing role-based learning paths, certifications, and continuous education resources to enhance cybersecurity skills.

Cyber Mentorship App
Created and implemented a custom mentorship platform to connect aspiring cybersecurity professionals with experienced mentors, driving structured knowledge transfer and career development.

Micro-Credentials Program with George Brown College
Led TD’s strategic partnership with George Brown College to deliver industry-relevant micro-credentials in cybersecurity, equipping students and professionals with the skills needed for the evolving cyber landscape.

C-Suite Cyber Education
Designed and delivered customized cybersecurity education for TD’s Board of Directors and executive leadership, strengthening their understanding of cyber risk and resilience.

Cybersecurity Podcast
Led the planning of a global cybersecurity podcast, C-Suite with Claudette McGowan featuring top industry leaders. The podcast demystified complex cyber topics and reached over 200,000 listeners in 174 countries.

Institute for Learning App
Led the development of a mobile-first proof-of-concept learning app aimed at modernizing internal employee training. The pilot was successfully launched at the BMO Tech Summit in 2018 and was recognized for its potential to reshape learning experiences across the enterprise.

Service Robots
Spearheaded the design and pilot of interactive service robots to enhance in-branch engagement and automation. The initiative was showcased during BMO’s Investor Day, tested in live branches, and integrated into the Brilliance Bar experience.

Brilliance Bar
Launched an in-person, walk-up tech support hub for employees. This initiative included partnerships with top technology firms to deliver a tech fluency program and deployed vending machines offering the latest gadgets, supporting digital enablement across the workforce.

Technology Experience Innovation Lab
Contributed to the creation of an innovation lab focused on piloting emerging technologies and exploring their real-world application in banking environments.

Implementing Viva Engage
Led the enterprise rollout of Viva Engage (formerly Yammer), improving internal communications, collaboration, and knowledge sharing through a modern social platform.

Mobile App Customer Sentiment AI
Initiated and led an AI-powered sentiment analysis project using natural language processing to gather insights from customer feedback on the BMO mobile app, directly influencing app enhancements.

Tech Summit & Hackathon
Co-led the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale internal Tech Summits and Hackathons, fostering cross-functional collaboration and a culture of innovation.

Cyber Awareness for Children in Roblox
